Leadership

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ --Ephesians 4:11-12

Word of Faith Deliverance Ministry leaders are dedicated to equipping the saints for the work of ministry and for building up the body of Christ.

Leadership has been described as "a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.” For example, some understand a leader simply as somebody whom people follow, or as somebody who guides or directs others, while others define leadership as "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal.”

Some think of a spiritual leader as a sort of guru. Others think of him/her as a life coach, one who can guide others through the problems and trials of life. The Bible describes a spiritual leader as one who possesses the spiritual gift of leadership, the ability to lead others as a direct result of the gifting received from, and performed by the power of, the Holy Spirit.
